Follow the instruction to Free Scan your computer and fix related errors
Step1: Download the ie5wa.exe error Repair Tool.
Step2: Click "Save File" and follow the on-screen instructions to install the program.
Step3: Click "Click to Start Scan" to scan over your computer.
Step4: Click the "Fix DLL Errors" button to fix file error and speed up computer.
Step5: Click "File Repair" button to enter the file name in the text box, then click on the download button, copy the downloaded file to the program directory.

If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ie5wa.exe to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7,8 and 10)
If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ie5wa.exe in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
Reboot your computer.
If the problem still occurs, try the following:
Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
Type CMD and press Enter.
Type regsvr32 ie5wa.exe and press Enter.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ie5wa.exe to your system directory. By default, this is:
